What to include
Your iOS version and CareDose version (Settings → About), what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If a reminder did not arrive, the medication's schedule and the time it was due help most.
Common questions
A reminder did not arrive.
Check that notifications are allowed for CareDose in iOS Settings, that the time was not inside your quiet hours, and that the phone was not in a Focus mode that silences it. If all three are fine, write to us with the medication's schedule and the time it was due.
How do I invite a caregiver?
Open Care, choose to add someone, and show them the invite code or QR code. They enter it in their own copy of CareDose. A subscription is needed for the seat.
How do I stop someone following me?
Open Care, select the person, and remove them. Access ends immediately.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It erases your data on our side, including your subscriber record. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will process it.
How do I turn off usage analytics?
Settings → Privacy → Share app usage. Switching it off takes effect immediately.
Subscriptions and refunds
Apple handles both. Manage the subscription in your App Store account settings, and request refunds through Apple's own refund page.
