About the subscription
What happens if I never pay?
Nothing changes. Your own medication tracking stays complete and unlimited. You simply cannot invite a caregiver.
Who pays, the patient or the caregiver?
Either can pay. Every person who shares or follows occupies a paid seat. Premium covers one seat; Duo includes yours and one extra to assign.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store account settings, at any time. Apple handles billing, cancellations and refunds — we never see your card.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades go through Apple's subscription settings and follow Apple's billing rules.
What happens to sharing if the subscription ends?
Caregivers stop receiving updates and your own tracking carries on untouched. Nothing is deleted.
